Guanchen is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhejiang Zhenya Holding Group, which was set up in 2003. It has been appraised as the National High-Tech Enterprise that specializes in research and development, production, sales and customers' service of differential, high-performance fibre. It is strategically located within the Dangshan Industrial Park of National Xiaoshan Economy &Technology Development Zone, near by Shanghai-Hangzhou-Ningbo Expressway and Xiaoshan International Airport.

 

Guanchen consists of domestic leading polyester production lines and advanced melt direct-spinning short fibre and filament devices. Moreover, Donghua also has two flexible differentiation polyester staple fibre production lines which are flexible in varieties switch, thus satisfying the market's demand of multi-species and small quantities. In addition, it provides the market with 20000 tons of modified polyester chip, 30000 tons of melt direct spinning modified short fibres , 15000 tons of chip spinning differential polyester staple fiber and 30000 tons of melt direct spinning modified polyester filament. Currently, the company owns six kinds of products including more than 100 productions, namely modified staple fibre, fine-denier staple fibre, profiled staple fibre, functional staple fibre, color staple fibre and high-performance fibre. Cation POY filament and Cation DTY filament are provided with complete specification, which could be set according to the requirement of customers.

 

Guanchen pursues different operational ways intending to cooperate with universities in production and research. With technical innovation and bold introduction, it has been one of the leading companies within the domestic different staple fibre industry. As a result of its intellectual property of series products, Donghua has successfully achieved patent's invention and provincial and municipal science and technology progress prize in Hangzhou. Moreover, it positively set related standards of different staple fibre industries. Donghua Enterprise Technology Center has been awarded Zhejiang Province Enterprise Technology Center.
